GREY GOOSE® and Henry Holland Reimagine the Martini Cocktail With a New Design Collaboration at Bistrotheque

The cocktail of the moment gets a stylish new look, as Henry Holland creates an exclusive glassware and ceramic collection for Grey Goose, launching at Bistrotheque this winter alongside a series of piano-side Late Set performances.

[BERMUDA – October 2026] – The martini cocktail is having a moment in London’s drinking and dining scene, with personalisation, presentation and a little theatre all part of its appeal. This November, GREY GOOSE, British designer Henry Holland and East London institution Bistrotheque are bringing a playful new perspective to the classic, with an exclusive glassware and ceramics collection at the heart of their winter collaboration.

Crafted in London, the collection brings Henry’s signature colour and pattern to handblown martini cocktail glasses and a distinctive ceramic serving tray. Created for GREY GOOSE and brought to life at Bistrotheque, the pieces pair bold design with carefully prepared martini cocktails and Henry’s favourite dishes from the restaurant’s menu.

The Grey Goose martini cocktail experience at Bistrotheque

Running throughout November and December, the partnership comes to life at Bistrotheque, where guests can experience Henry’s designs as they were intended - over a brilliantly cold martini cocktail.

Priced at £45 and designed for two, the experience includes two Grey Goose martini cocktails of guests’ choosing, served in bespoke Henry Holland glassware and paired with three snacks inspired by Henry's favourite dishes from the Bistrotheque menu. On Wednesday 25th November and Wednesday 9th December, Bistrotheque’s ‘Late Set’ piano

performances will add live music to the mix, bringing together cocktails, food and design for the ultimate winter night out, that’s truly worth your time.

For those looking to bring the experience home, limited-edition Grey Goose x Henry Holland glassware and ceramic sets will also be available to purchase at Bistrotheque and online directly from Henry Holland Studio’s website, priced at £395, and a martini glassware set for £200.

Designed to bring Henry’s distinctive aesthetic to the home, the limited-edition collection makes serving a martini an occasion in itself, adding a playful design twist to drinks shared with friends.

Henry Holland, Designer & Creative Director, commented:

"My absolute favourite drink is a Grey Goose vodka martini cocktail, usually enjoyed at the bar in Bistrotheque with friends - it’s the ultimate symbol of sophistication. Designing this bespoke glassware and ceramic set with Grey Goose allowed us to explore how design can shape and elevate the experience of drinking a martini cocktail. Partnering with Bistrotheque brings that vision into a space I’ve been visiting for over twenty years and that has always been at the heart of London’s creative and nightlife scene."

Marine Rozenfeld, Regional Brand Director, GREY GOOSE®, added:

"With GREY GOOSE, we take the craft of the martini cocktail seriously, but there’s room to be playful with its presentation. Henry’s bold approach to design and his longstanding relationship with Bistrotheque made this a natural collaboration. From the bespoke collection

to The Late Set, we wanted to bring that shared attention to detail into an occasion worth making time for."

David Waddington, Founder at Bistrotheque, commented:

“The martini cocktail has always had a certain magic, but we’re seeing a real appetite for it again. Guests know what they like, whether that’s wet or dry, dirty or with a twist, and they increasingly want the experience around the drink to feel as considered as the drink itself.

That’s what makes this collaboration feel so timely. Henry’s glassware brings fun and theatre to the table, while Grey Goose ensures the martini tastes every bit as good as it looks.”

About Henry Holland & Henry Holland Studio

Acclaimed designer Henry Holland has been designing products for fashion and interiors for the last 20 years, most notably with his label House Of Holland and recently launched Henry Holland Studio. Established in 2008, House of Holland rose to fame with its cult slogan T-shirts - "I’ll Tell You Who’s Boss Kate Moss" - which catapulted the brand into becoming a regular at London Fashion Week for 13 years with its distinctive approach to bold pattern and colour.

In 2021, Henry stepped away from fashion and started taking ceramics lessons at his local pottery studio in Hackney. Initially intended only as a part-time endeavour, he quickly fell in love with the calming process of building ceramics by hand, enjoying the slower pace it offered compared to the fast world of fashion.

Exploring his own interpretation of the nerikomi ceramic technique, Henry created a signature look for his ceramics using different brightly coloured clays. This technique involves the slow method of stacking, folding and rolling differently coloured clay into slabs, then hand moulding them into functional shapes. The result was a distinctive signature aesthetic and unique hand-crafted products that led to Henry establishing Henry Holland Studio following demand from Instagram followers. His debut collection of ceramics launched in April 2021, selling out within 48 hours online, and was shortly picked up by Liberty London which launched in-store in May that year.

As well as launching its own in-house ceramic collections, Henry Holland Studio is now also working with different manufacturers in the UK to launch a series of collaborative products for different areas of the home. "I have a strong belief that collaboration is key for small brands looking to develop a global footprint. Working with like-minded creatives will allow us to offer our customers beautiful and exciting new products for the home, as well as championing some of the best craftsmanship we have here in the UK”.

About Bistrotheque

BISTROTHEQUE was founded by Pablo Flack & David Waddington. They met in Shoreditch during the mid 1990’s, where David followed Pablo as General Manager of the Bricklayers Arms, a pub often credited as the epicentre of the East End social scene. It was there that they created many 'viral' moments long before social

media was invented; laying turf inside & outside the pub, wrapping it up as a giant Christmas present and turning the crossroads into a full on snow scene complete with icicles on Christmas Eve.

By 2004 they had found and developed a disused warehouse down a backstreet in what was then the no-man's land between Bethnal Green and Hackney. BISTROTHEQUE quickly became a favourite of the creative crowd. Its approach is to offer uncomplicated good food, drink and service with common sense and good taste.

There have been a multitude of collaborations, events and temporary projects over the years. There were tea towels created for Fashion East’s dinner to close Men’s Fashion Week, an A grade pass-the-parcel during a LOVE magazine dinner, Agyness Deyn’s twice oversubscribed dinner to celebrate her special issue of i-D, Stephen Jones’ Centenary when he celebrated his 60th birthday and 40 years in millinery and there were the B.A.D Balls - Bistrotheque Annual Drag Ball - with judges including Edward Enninful, Pat McGrath, Kim Jones, Gareth Pugh, and Zandra Rhodes, which became so big, it had to transfer it to Shoreditch Town Hall. Christmas decorations over the years have been created by Katie Hillier, Prem Sahib, Julie Verhoeven, Louise Gray, and Alice Kirkpatrick. The Reindeer at Truman Brewery, fully booked before it even opened, was the UKs first pop up restaurant, complete with a forest of 75 real trees, open for just 23 days in the run up to Christmas. Ffrench Pharmaceuticals was an immersive dinner of edible cosmetics created with Isamaya Ffrench for Art Basel Hong Kong and hosted by Vogue China. There was a 2 year temporary project for Argent, The King’s Cross Filling Station that included Shrimpy’s, a small Latin restaurant housed in the disused petrol station's old shop and beloved by the fashion crowd.

Studio East was a show stopping rooftop pavilion, designed by Carmody Groarke, perched on top of the then still under construction Westfield Stratford City. Further permutations of The Reindeer have appeared over the years at Big Sky Studios and Sarabande, the charitable foundation of the late Alexander McQueen. There was a major temporary restaurant, FLASH, at Royal Academy of Arts, which featured a carpet designed by Giles Deacon, and

an exclusive china service by Will Broom for Wedgwood. Hoi Polloi was created for Ace Hotel by BISTROTHEQUE.

BISTROTHEQUE projects have won two coveted D&D Yellow Pencils, a RIBA Small Project Award, Time Out Local Favourite, Tatler Best Room and the London Restaurant Festival Award for Innovation. Despite all of this, at its heart BISTROTHEQUE remains a local restaurant, just one with an international outlook.
